The Design and Build concept simply means you’ve decided to build a new home somewhere in New Zealand and you want the design of your future home to be unique or customised to you. Sometimes our clients come to us with their house plans already done (or at least some concepts), and sometimes they take advantage of our Free House Design service and use our architects and design experts to create something unique. Many clients will choose a design from our wide range of house plans and use it ‘as is’ or customise it to suit their lifestyle and requirements.

If you’re thinking about building new or have already started the Design and Build process, then there’s lots of reasons to talk to Build7. We’re a group of independently owned builders who have expert local knowledge around all parts of New Zealand. The affordability of building a new home comes down to the section you choose and the size and type of design you choose. We’re proud to offer quality but lower-priced homes in our Affordable range of house plans. These designs are ideal for first home buyers or if you are looking for a more modest dwelling. Affordability is also dependent upon arranging the best finance deal for you. That’s why we have access to independent new build mortgage specialists whose job it is to help you arrange finance that works for you.

Yes we can help you to find land. One option you have which is may be perfect for you is to buy a Home and Land Package. We have packages for sale now across the country and you can browse our listings and learn more on this site. If you can’t find a package that you like, you can talk to us about new properties that come available every month.

We also give you access to our local contacts and knowledge and can work with you (and negotiate for you if needed) to find a section that will work for you.
